Currently developing an application integrating with spotify API, wanting to synch all data etc and it relates to use in commercial spaces. Just wondering if anyone knows of any issues when using spotify's data in this manner. Not sure to what extent we are allowed to profit/benefit off the API. 

Obviously the thing is subscriptions would be being paid by the business to spotify on a continued basis, this is more of a plugin/add on to using the software which businesses can benefit from. 

Wondering if anyone knows the point where any of this becomes a legal issue etc. If our application continues to share data with spotify as well, the application data would not be excluded from spotify's learnings, rather it would work hand in hand.
