i am a discordbot developer and my app keeps getting a 403 error and customer support told me to hit up here and would u need my ip from the vps server i use

Error 403cmeans: Bad OAuth request (wrong consumer key, bad nonce, expired timestamp...). Unfortunately, re-authenticating the user won't help here.
