When attempting to connect the iOS SDK SPTAppRemote after authenticating with

SPTSessionManager and starting playback, every once in awhile the SPTAppRemote cannot connect no matter how many attempts to retry are made.

The only remedy is to ask a user to close Spotify, which is quite a foreign user story to your average consumer.
