issue during extension request

Hello Spotify Support Team,

I recently submitted a request for an extension of my app’s permissions on the Spotify API, which is currently under review. Since submitting the request, I’ve encountered issues with token refresh, specifically seeing an invalid_grant error and a message indicating the refresh token has been revoked. My app has been running smoothly prior to this, and no changes have been made to my app credentials or configuration.

Could the extension request review process affect the validity of existing access or refresh tokens, or cause them to be revoked? If there is any other reason this could be happening, I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve the issue.
