"Restricted to Premium Users" error but I am a premium user

My Question or Issue

I am trying to set up a spotify webpack SDK but my token will not work. I've set up the player as shown in the quick start guide and have tried the NPM library

'react-spotify-web-playback'

and in both files I get an invalid token scope error and a message saying "this feature is restricted to premium users only".  I am a premium user I am on a duo account with my partner, is that why my token access is restricted?? 

I would post my code but I literally copied and pasted it from the quick start guide.  Any help would be appreciated!

I figured this out, I wasn't using a valid access token
