`resume_point` inconsistent

My Question or Issue

When obtaining episode information from the API, the returned resume_point is sometimes inconsistent. When running repeatedly against the same endpoint, fully_played is sometime set to false without playing the episode or doing anything related.

Here is a small tool I built for debugging which calls `/episodes/{id}` repeatedly. For one instance of it happening, I uploaded the returned JSON files to Google Drive (see also the attachment for the 3 relevant files)

Note how one request suddenly returned `fully_played: false`.
