Hello! Spotify Korea provided 3 month free trial in late july. I started my 3 month free trial on july 24 kst so it was until november 24. I even have an email receipt. However I just found I cannot play music anymore on spotify cuz my plan was disappeared. What's wrong with spotify? My phone is iphone 12.

Hi @user-removed!

You should still be able to play music on Spotify even if you don't Premium. Check if you're logged in to your account in the app or on the Web Player.

As for your previous subscription, it's best you reach out to the folks over at Customer Support since they have access to the necessary tools to look further into this and can provide you with more insight on the matter.
