My Question or Issue

I bought a 3 month gift card the other day and it does not work. I have already checked with the store to make sure it's activated, I tried e-mailing the company (Spotify), I used the advice they give on their website and I have not solved this. I feel like I just wasted 300$ MXN in a useless card. What should I do?
