My Question or Issue

Today i bought a 30€ voucher, i got the pin (namend "merchandise pin") and i wanted my premium. But my pin didnt got accepted with the info "pin is wrong", but i have the bill with the pin right next to me.  Payment team send me here. Any Ideas?

Hi, so the Support Team told me , that they cant help me , because I didnt have the Code. It isnt Spotify or my fault . It was the fault of the Sales Assistant, because she threw the Voucher with the Pin Instant away, because she thought , that the Pin is on the bill, i thought so too .

And yeah thats the end of the Story , unlucky for me . But the support was very Great and they really tried to help me ^^
