I try to go premium but I can't upload a pic of my student ID so I retry 4 times more jic my phone is the one in problem without knowing I've been charged 5 times already. But the payment is still pending though. Will I get my money back?

Hey @Wawan1, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status.
