My Question or Issue

My account was previously set to a family plan and we decided to cancel. We are now trying to restart our subscription to the family plan but the website gives me the 403 forbidden error page.

Can you try subscribing to Premium Family here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't work, it's great to check if this happens with a different network connection.

 

If you're still having trouble, try subscribing on a different device and send me a screenshot of the error message you're seeing when you attempt to subscribe.
