AT&T doing away with Free Premium: how to keep account & pay on your own?

I got Free premium through AT&T but now AT&T doing away with Free Premium and I want to know  how to keep my account &and playlists) & just pay for it on my own?

 

Spotify has no one to talk to. I called AT&T a few times and they don't know how and said I have to talk to Spotify. Spotify's info say's I have to talk to AT&T and round we go again with NO HELP.

Can anyone help?
