My Question or Issue

Subscribed with Tinkoff it was promised 3 months of free premium but I didn't get it. They said to contact Spotify support. So how do I get those 3 free months of premium? Sadly I didn't screenshot anything and now there are no "3 month of free premium".

Tinkoff Bank offer is indeed available.

I would recommend reading more info on this offer on both support articles here and here.

In order to activate the offer, you should've gotten an email or an SMS with a link to the offer (which is sent by Tinkoff).

After receiving it, you 're given access to the trial offer and directed to log in or sign up to Spotify and add your payment details.

Note: Just like with trials/special offers, only customers who have never had Premium before will be eligible for the offer.
