Abonnement duo


Je change d’abonnement pour inviter une personne qui est de Belgique mais quand la personne tente de venir par le lien d’invitation il lui passe un message d’erreur sur le fait que c’est le mauvais pays !! Comment résoudre ce problème ?

One of the requirements of a group plan (in your case Duo), is that all members must live under the same address to be able to join. This means that, to fulfill these requirements; both accounts must match the registered country and live in the same location.


However, if the other user is already in your same country, but their account's market is still in Belgium, you can send them this article with steps to update it. After that, they should have no issues joining your Duo plan. Remember that the user needs to be physically in the new country so the system can show the option.
