Bonjour, je suis prélevé depuis plusieurs mois pour un abonnement prenium à 9.99e hors je suis inscrite sur mon compte Spotify à un abonnement free.
Comment est-ce possible?

J'ail a même chose je suis prélevé 2 fois par mois avez réussi à trouver la cause ?

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see any payment there, it means that you might be paying for a different account that you have with us.

It is possible that you have two accounts with us and that's why you see two charges.
Go ahead and check this page, which can help you locate your other account.

If you were able to find a second account of yours but it was not on our Premium service, it's highly possible that you're charged on a different account than the 2 you've found already.
