My Question or Issue

I would like you to help me solve this. I bought the prepaid card in the GiftCard case and left in redemption and I placed the pin until it was right, however I involuntarily went for a renewed and renewed credit card signature and in case I wanted to cancel the purchase and wanted to go back to have my prepaid card back can someone help me?

After redeeming the gift card, did you use the Spotify app? Or did you renew the subscription right after using the credit card?
