Account Incorrectly Charged for Spotify Student Premium

I have spotify premium for students + hulu. It has been under a year since I have had spotify premium, so the fine print that spotify reserves the right to change my price from $4.99 to $9.99 shouldn't apply. It changed my charges to $9.99 instead of the $4.99. Spotify lacks a contact phone number and has a ridiculously long online contact step. All of the articles for such questions merely send me back to my acount subsription page to "check it out." Then I click the "need help" button and it just circles me back to the articles. How, then, can I get this resolved?
