Account issues Family premium

Hi,

 

I hope anyone here can help. I just created a new account to use as a family account.

However, after putting in my information and payment info, etc. I should get 3 months premium family  for free but so far my account is still set to free 

 

I also can not add any other accounts to my "family" it looks like its stuck in limbo.
funny detail when I am playing music I won't get any advertisements at all

 

The account was created yesterday, I paid the 0.1 cents to verify the payment.

Logged out logged back. waited 24 hours confirmed my account a few times with the email I got.

I also got a confirmation email that I should get the 3-month premium.

 

At this time I am running out of ideas, can anyone assist with this?
