I just redeemed a spotify gift card for 3 months. My account on both my phone and PC say I do not have premium. I have been trying to figure out the reason why for about 20 minutes, and have come up empty. Can someone help me, please.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

If you've successfully entered the gift card code into the online form you might have to wait a up to a day or two for the code to become active and for your Subscription status to change.
