I have being paying for Spotify twice. 
it comes on my o2 bill and subscription with Spotify itself. I actually only subscribed my on Spotify on the App Store. Can you please help

Thanks for reaching out, I'm sure we can figure out what happened here.

Were those payments made on the same date? Also, has this happened to you before, or is it the first time? I'd also suggest reading this Support article for me info.
