Acount reactivation after payment

Acount reactivation after payment

I can't reactivate my account into premium after having paid for it at a local merchant store by cash. I've got the reference number for payment but still cant be able to access my premium account. Its still asking for update payment even though i've already paid my premium account by cash.

Can you let us know where you made the payment? We'll also need to know what country you're in and how long it's been since you paid for it.

 

We'll see what we can suggest once we have this info.
