My Question or Issue

 

I am being charged €7.54 in addition to the 19.99 family membership and I don't know why, I haven't purchased anything additional and the payment request is coming through at the same time as the main payment and it's from spotify

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

If you've noticed additional charges, we'd recommend checking:

  • The order history of your account, so you can verify how much you are charged when paying for the subscription.
  • Your email address to see if perhaps you accidentally subscribed to paid podcast content. If yes, you'll find an email confirmation about the purchase.

If you don't see any extra amount added to your payments, it could mean that your payment provider might be charging you some additional fees or the charges are coming from a different service. We think that it'd be best to get in touch with them and double-check where the added fees to your payment are coming from.
