Address Invalid when updating payment information

I keep getting the message "address invalid" when updating the payment information. I already tried incognito, different browsers, different networks, different devices, and different ways of writing the address and nothing works. I also spent three hours in the Spotify Support Chat and no one could help me with my problem.
