My Question or Issue

Girlfriend and I are both working in China, but we live together and she upgraded her premium to Duo and invited me. Our address matches and we've checked numerous times, used different devices, different browsers, but all don't work.


It shouldn't be this hard to get on a duo account. I've seen other posts on this thread and there isn't a solid solution to why it's happening or why it's not.


Would appreciate a quick response as she card has already been charged for duo. Thanks
