I redeemed my airmiles for 9 $10 gift cards. The first 4 codes went through fine and the last 5 keep giving me an error message saying that I can't redeem them on a premium account. I currently have an individual premium subscription. Any suggestions on why the remaining codes are not being accepted?

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help with the remaining gift cards.

 

Firstly, if the redeem has failed multiple times already, make sure to wait a while because too many failed attempts can make the system start automatically rejecting all of them. In the meantime, check the expiry date on your subscription page. If it exceeds 18 months, then you can't redeem any more Premium time now as that's the maximum amount you can have at once. If this proves to be the case, wait for some of the months to pass and then redeem the remaining cards.
