Already paid and have invite code, but code is not accepted

I have a situation in which my Mum bought me and my brother each Premium, but we couldn't find where to enter the invite code. Eventually, we ended up going to the redeem page which is what I expect you were supposed to do, but it said that the code was not valid. Any help?

To join the Premium for Family plan, try logging in here before clicking the "Accept Invite" button on the email invite.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window.
