I've received an email announcing the possibility to pay for an anual subscription with discount. But I can't find anywhere on the site to apply for this anual subscription. Could you help me ?

I have a question about this, if I pay for the year, what happens to the rest of this month that I've already paid for?

My experience was that when I spoke to support, they said that the seamless transition could only be achieved if my status was FREE.  For that reason, this month's subscription was refunded and I was then able to commence the 12-month subscription.

The actual refund will take a few working days to clear but that is normal with all business transactions.
