Autopay charged but Spotify says waiting on payment

My Question or Issue

Google pay says autopay has been charged and bank statement says the same as well.

 But app and web version say it hasn’t. I was transferring data from iPhone 12 to 13 around those days, not sure if that’s why this issue has occured. Just don’t want my premium to get deactivated even when I’ve paid.

The best thing to do in such situations is to reach out to your bank to see if the transaction has gone through on their end 🙂 
You can also reach out to our support folks so that they can check things up on our side as well!

Bro please help me I paid for a Spotify premium which was for ₹119 for 2 months the payment got through I generated than auto paid then cancelled it but my money got deducted and the premium is still not activated I am very but it please help me it was my hard earned money.
