Autopay not working

Autopay not working

I have been a member of Spotify Premium for years now.  I have autopay which I've never had any issue with.  All of a sudden I'm getting these warnings that my pay isn't going through and they're about to cancel my account.  I checked my bill pay status and the credit card is up-to-date.  I even called my credit card company to see if the card was rejected and they told me that a charge DID go through for Spotify. The next day I got another warning that payment was due.  Need help!
