My Question or Issue

Hi there,

I am trying to update the payment method for my account from one credit card to another, but trying to access the Available Plans or clicking on Update (Payment Method) just leads me to a blank screen on any device I've tried so far (phone, tablet or PC). I also tried via WiFi and mobile connection, with the same result.

Is there something wrong with the page at the moment or could I try something else?

Thanks a lot.

Hey @blndr ,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I recommend that you log out on the website and then log in again. If that doesn't help, you can also give it a try in an incognito window of your preferred browser.

Let me know how it goes 🙂

Hi @blndr,

thanks for reaching out !

Could you please give it a try on a different web page or incognito page ?

Using a different internet connection might also be a good indication for the source of the issue here.

Waiting on your update 🙂
