My Question or Issue
Suddenly this month at my renewal day I recieve an email from Spotify saying that my bank transaction has failed, I call the bank and they tell me that Spotify is trying to make an 'offline' transaction, which they explained as: one without a CCV for example, or one you'd do with just a card number. And so they asked me to contact Spotify. Any idea what to do?
