Being Overcharged for student discount

When I signed up for spotify premium, I agreed to paying $4.99 a month with my student discount. 

Now I've been charged $10.81. Huh, funny, I don't remember agreeing to that. Would love to hear from a Spotify rep. since you guys don't want people phoning you up, presumably since you're charging them dishonestly.

If the payment shows as pending, you can go here for more information. No worries, the funds should reappear on your statement soon. In the meantime, you can check your student discount details and resubscribe at spotify.com/student.
