Being billed twice each month

Being billed twice each month

I have been charged twice each month since September for Premium.  In Aptil i switched to FAmily but I am still being charged ONE of the Premium rates in addition. I can't find another account.  HOW DO I CONTACT SPOTIFY ABOUT THIS?   

Thanks for any help on how I can acually get to be in touch with their accounts team.
