My Question or Issue

I used to pay Spotify with my prepaid sim load, but i changed it to my card. Now i've been and still continuously been paying for both. It's suddenly eating up my load. There's been a similar complaint here and it hasn't been answered

Thanks for reaching out to us about this - we'll be glad to help you out here.
 

We charge each Premium plan once per month. If you see multiple charges and they’re not pending or to check the payment is valid, you could have your original Premium subscription still active. Follow these ways to find other accounts

 

Once you've found the other Premium account, follow these steps to cancel.

 

If you can’t access the account, get in touch here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.
