My Question or Issue

Hello,

 

So I have this problem where I got charged for premium even though I currently do not use any Spotify Premium. My last Spotify Premium was/is on another account, which I cannot use anymore because I was a fool who deleted the E-Mail Address (therefore, I cannot do the reset password thing).

 

Now, I just want to know how do I stop this premium charging from happening because I do not use Spotify Premium now. Maybe is it still possible to just totally terminate or ban my other account? Because, here on my side, I can neither login nor reset the password. Thanks!

If you need to cancel the subscription for a Spotify account you don't have access to make sure you check this help article. 

 

In case the steps described there don't help, keep in mind you can also cancel by completing this form and sending it to Spotify.
