Billed for premium when should be charged as a student

I was billed at full rate instead of half of it with a student account, any thoughts on what to do?

It sounds like your student discount has run out. Your student discount is active for 12 months from the moment you apply it to your account. After that, your account will revert to the standard Premium rate. There's more info about the plan here.
