Payment by cash

Hello. My Premium service ended so I decided to pay by cash yesterday (March 28). I went to the nearest M Lhuillier branch and paid for 3 months worth of Premium. My account still registers as "Free"

 

Can anyone please help me with this issue? Thank you.

Me too, I processed the payment in cebuana and my spotify is still on free mode

Ive paid this 1:30pm today but now it is 3:48 pm i havent received any notofications.how many hours is the processing before I get a notification about subsciption. please help
