Wife's email was wrong and can't reset pw

Wife's email was wrong and can't reset pw

Don't know the username/pw as the email was wrong. Can't log in. Need to cancel subscription and don't want to have to cancel the credit card. 


Also, these methods of communication for a large company are ridiculous. I would prefer to just shoot you personal info from the get go instead of some cryptic public method.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
