Trouble with the log in

Trouble with the log in

I have an account and trying the log in appear a window with write "you can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days" this is not possible because I use Spotify from some months. How can I do?

Hey @Budellon!

 

It sounds like your country might be listed incorrectly. Just to check, where are you based, and where is you account registered to? You can check this by going to your Account Overview.

 

Does this error message appear on more than one device, too?
