I forgot to top up my bank account and I had to re-enter my bank account informations. And I don't know why but instead of getting the Premium Family subscription (like each month), I've been subscribed to the simple Premium plan.
I changed it back to Premium Family, but I've been debited 9.99 euros (for the simple premium) instead of 15.99 (premium family). Will I be refunded automatically or do i have to make a request?
