Hi,

 

My daughter is sharing with me and her sister 2 separate links so we can join the family plan, however, it does not work for either of us and we do live in the same house.

 

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure why. It says "we need to live in the same address". We do live in the same address though. 

 

Attached is a picture of what im getting. It's in Spanish because I live in Spain.

Thanks for getting back.

 

I'd recommend telling your daughter (who owns the Premium Family plan) to update the address. Once that's been done, she'll need to send an invitation link again to you and her sister.

 

It's best to accept the invitation at home using a computer/laptop and through your browser's incognito window. Make sure to type the address correctly and then click on SUBMIT.

 

Also, you should log out everywhere before attempting to accept the invite.
