Can't Renew Spotify Premium Student Subscription

My Question or Issue

I've been trying to renew my premium student subscription for 2 days now but every time I try through the website or app it just sends me to this page.

I've tried getting a subscription and a one time payment but they all lead to the attached page. I've got less than a day left on my premium and I'd like to renew my subscription before all my downloads get removed. I usually get a one time subscription using fawry pay if that has anything to do with it.

From what I understand and what appears, your account has already been verified. so you just need to switch the plan to Premium Student. I would suggest doing so from the link here. If you're still having issues, try opening it an incognito window or with another browser. You can also test if switching to another Wi-Fi network or using mobile data helps.

My Question or Issue

So i renewed my spotify premium student plan and underwent all the necessary steps and also got verified for the student legacy plan valid until September 2027. However my autopay was stopped due to an error in the app. i went back into my account and started my autopay again. After a check i found that my premium is now 139 instead of 69(which was mentioned in the student premium package and at my renewal). My payment date is tomorrow and it currently shows 139. is there any way by which i can change the payment amount and reinstate my original payment amount?? can someone pls help
