Can't access my premium

I can't access my premium account ,even if I was charged for it but for some unknown reason it doesn't work , I can't download any songs and it keeps telling me to move to premium when I already have one.
Can someone help me?

When did you sign up for Premium - if it was recently please allow 24 hours for the account to be updated.

If it has been a while - please can you go to your account overview in your web browser - https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/overview/

Does it say you have Spotify Premium or free?
