Can't activate KPN subscription

I have a paid subscription on Spotify Premium via KPN but I am not able to activate it on my PC. Does anyone know how to do this?

The subscription activation process is done in the MijnKPN platform - the folks over at KPN can assist further should you need any help with this.

In case you've already activated your subscription but you're not getting any Premium features, you might have accidentally done so on another account. This article goes in-depth on how to locate the correct one, I'd recommend checking it out.

💡 Tip: KPN can also help locate the username/email of your Premium account, so feel free to check with them as well.
