Paying for Premium but Still Getting Ads – Not Acceptable

l am also getting ads during my playlists and they are full on.  I dont get to listen to the full playlist because of it, I have paid for the premium which has gone from $13 Aud to $23.  Big jump and then have to listen to ads, do I need to find another platform, where I am not subjected to ads every 5 minutes.

While we can confirm that some podcasts may include ads or host-read endorsements (more info can be found here), you shouldn't receive ads when listening to music.

In this case, it's worth clearing stored cache to see if you notice any difference. Just make sure to log out from the app and then back in again once it's done, as this should resync your account info.

If ads still appear for you when listening to music, could you double-check if this seems to happen with all playlists, or just with specific ones? Have you noticed that ads appear on all/multiple devices that you use Spotify on as well? For example, both on the mobile app and on desktop.
