Can't activate premium using globe prepaid load

Hi, I need help please. I can't activate premium using my prepaid globe. It keeps saying that I have insufficient credit, I currently have Php138.00 load on my prepaid so I'm wondering why it keeps saying I have insufficient balance. I already tried it for 3x, please help. Thanks a lot!

Hi. I am having the same problem. However,  my I was already charged with P129 plus tax and was already on premium then after several days I received an email saying that may payment has failed. I tried updating my payment methods but it needs sufficient amount which means I need to pay it again. Now I am getting an error message everytime I open the app. I still have my songs and playlist saved offline tho but worried that spotify might cancel my premium.

It looks like di na pwede ang Globe as payment method. Inalis na rin nila ang paymaya.

Is Globe no longer a payment option for payment here in the Philippines? It’s saying Premium can’t be purchased on this App.

Yeah i did. I changed number,haha,but i still don’t know why i wasn’t able
to use it as a payment tool. Maybe my last sim wasn’t supported by spotify,
i guess, i dunno.

Ganyan din problem ko kanina dati na kasi akong nagbabayad thru mobile so tas wala na din yung payment method via globe tas pag tinatry ko not eligible daw so what i did is kinancel ko yung subscription ko tas apply uli ako for premium via mobile tas yun ok na
