My Question or Issue

I'm trying to add a new payment method (credit card) but the page just show an image which seems to be an error and I'm not able to update my credit card.

 

Does anyone know if this a platform issue or is there anything that I can do to change my credit card?

Can you try it again while using a different device, or browser, and/or connected to a different internet connection? ๐Ÿ™‚

Already done that without success. It doesn't work at all.

 

Can't do through cell phone and through different web browsers the error is the same.
