My Question or Issue

 I tried to add a duo’s account whilst on holiday in Italy but couldn’t as it told me I had to be at the address I lived at (in the UK). However, even though I am now home and it tells me I have a duos account I still can’t add the 2nd person as it tells me I am still in another country. We have tried editing the address and logging in / out but nothing is working and I am going mad as my daughter is hogging the only account that works 🙂

Hey @Uuugelys, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you make sure that your country settings are updated? You can check and make sure to follow these steps. If that doesn't help, try sending another invite to your daughter using a different browser or private window - if you're unsure how to send an invite to someone else, follow the steps here > Invite and remove members section.

Hi

Thanks for the suggestion. Checked settings and it shows UK. Sent the
invite via a private window but it still tells me when I input my address
that I am in a different country. 🤦‍♂️😖

Hey @Uuugelys

 

When you get that message, does it show it to the person accepting the invite, or do you see it before you send the invite? Also, attach a screenshot of the message you're getting so I can take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

I have the same issue that I cannot add my partner to my duo account as it says that we’re not in the same country / address. Anyone knows how to solve this?
