I am experiencing the same issue, without any fixes as of yet.

Thanks for reaching out about this 🙂

 

If you signed up for Premium but it appears to be on free, it's quite possible that you have two accounts and that you're logged into the wrong account. We suggest you check out this support article, which will help you locate your original account. Once you've done that, you'll be able to cancel your Premium subscription as normal.
