Can't go premium

Hello, Spotify just arrived in my country and the hype is real, but i have this major problem, i can't go premium, after i enter all my card info, there pops up a red window that says:

"

• Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method. Get help"

I did all that stuff that asked in the "help" section and nothing changed.

I called at the bank and they said that the problem is not from them. Please someone help me!

In this case, could you make sure that your payment card meet these requirements? If so, we’d recommend reaching out to your bank for more info.

In the meantime, we suggest you clear the cache/cookies from your browser and try to make the payment again.
